Vida FAQ: why does the dashboard show this?

• A 65% provider is flagged as an outlier. Expected: the outlier threshold is 70%, stricter than the 60% red band.
• A facility is in the green 80+ column but not counted as Excellent. The histogram column starts at 80; the Excellent band starts at 85.
• Panels look faded or dimmed. New data is loading. Old numbers stay visible so the layout does not jump.
• N/A instead of a score. No audited charts matched your filters. An empty window, never a zero.
• Only RSQ® appears in section 01. FFS, VBC and IPA are hidden until their data connects.
• Changing facility did not change section 03. Section 03 always shows the whole system. Sections 01, 02 and 04 follow the scope.
• A facility I expected is missing. Vida shows all facilities in your subscription. If one is missing, email support.
• The trend view ignores my 30D/60D setting. Trend drill-downs always cover the last 90 days.
• I filtered to one complaint and can't get back. Click the ✕ on the complaint chip in the context bar.
• A weekly bar sits outside the dashed lines. A statistically unusual week, more than two standard deviations from the average. Worth investigating.
• I set a goal by mistake. Goals cannot be deleted yet; edit it to the correct value from the same place.
